Bartica Quarry Area
The quarry area is strategically located near the Essequibo River, south of Georgetown and close to Bartica. The surrounding geology includes gabbro and granodiorite deposits suitable for construction aggregates, road foundations, concrete production, sea defences and other heavy civil works.
The quarry can produce a broad range of materials, including crusher run, underlayer, graded stone, sand, boulders and gabion products. Its river access also creates the potential for efficient bulk transportation towards Georgetown, Parika and other major development areas.
Aggregate Logistics and Road-Building Supply
